After this hot summer we definitely recommend top dressing and sprinkler checks. This is so important to making sure your landscape recovers during fall and winter. Aeration- Poking holes all over the yard to allow air, water, and nutrients to get to the root zone and loosen the soil so it's no longer compacted. Your yard will benefit from aeration! It's only $89 for an average size lot.
Top Dressing- We will spread a layer of nutrient rich compost over entire yard. This works great as a stand alone service but really adds to the aeration service. Top dressing is $100/cubic yard, most lawns need about 1 to 3 cubic yards, depending on yard size and budget preference.
Mulch- We use bulk (no bags) shredded hardwood mulch. The mulch is spread at $2.25 a cubic foot. Mulch is such an over looked necessity. It keeps the soil temperature from getting too hot or too cold, keeps weeds down, keeps the soil from getting compacted, holds moisture in, keeps soil from eroding. At the end of the day, it dresses up your home and gives it an instant face lift, people will notice!
Flower Bed Clean Up- This is highly recommended to go with our mulch service. We will come in and remove weeds, cut back perennials, trim shrubs, and turn the soil. Honestly, we'll do just about anything since it's $72/hour for two guys. The added bonus is, you can stand out there and tell them what to do all day! Now that's a great feature.
